On December 22 nd, 2006, City Court Judge Lehmann issued an Arrest Warrant for one Randolph T. McIver, for the Offense of Failure to comply with the New York State Sex Offender Registry Act.
Apparently McIver left his registered address and moved to an unknown address without notifying any local law enforcement agency, as he is required to do. McIver is described as a black male, 5’7, 170lbs, with Black/Grey hair and brown eyes, born on 5/29/61. .
Binghamton Police Department records show he has used the address of 68 Pine St, Binghamton in the past. |

On December 12 th of 2007, Raphael Rodriquez is alleged to have entered another tenant’s apartment at 90 Henry St. in Binghamton, and assaulted a male with a blunt object and robbed him of his wallet.
The victim required hospitalization for his injuries.
Rodriquez is wanted by the Binghamton Police Department for Burglary, Robbery, and Assault.
Rodriquez is described as a Hispanic male, 5’10, 160lbs, with long curly Black hair and brown eyes, born on 2/25/63. .
Binghamton Police Department records show he may also have resided at 90 Henry St. at the time of the incident. |

In the early morning hours of December 19, 2007, the New Panda Chinese Restaurant, 199 Robinson St., Binghamton, was broken into and an undetermined amount of money was taken. The suspect forcibly entered the Restaurant and was observed leaving and running from the Restaurant. The suspect is described as a white male, wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt and dark pants. The suspect was last seen running north on Andrews Ave. and getting into a white, older model vehicle with square taillights. The vehicle was last seen traveling east on East Frederick St.
About an hour later, it appears the same suspect committed a similar burglary at 254 Main Street in Johnson City, the New Century Chinese Restaurant. The manner in which these two burglaries occurred is the same. Investigation has revealed that similar incidents have occurred at approximately 22 locations, most of which are Chinese Restaurants, in and around the Broome County area. Local police agencies, including the Binghamton Police, Johnson City Police and The Broome County Sheriff’s Office are investigating these incidents. |

Sometime during the weekend of January 26 th, 2008, vandals did nearly $10,000 in damage to the Ely Park Golf Course.
Binghamton Police Department records indicate that a four wheel ATV and a dirt bike were driven onto the golf course, causing damage to several fairways and at least four of the greens.
Witnesses describe seeing a camouflage colored ATV, as well as a dirt bike, in the area at about 3:00PM on Sunday afternoon, driven by several youths.
Along with specific suspect information, Investigators would be interested in information from anyone who may have witnessed any of the incidents, and / or observed any suspicious individuals. |

On January 18, 2008 at 12:15 PM a woman was approached by a well dressed black male as she left the HSBC Bank at 65 Court Street, Binghamton.
The male held an unknown object to the woman’s back and told her to do what he said, or something bad was going to happen to her.
The suspect then reached into her coat pocket and took some money.
The suspect then instructed her to go to the ATM in the bank's vestibule, where he stood near the victim while she accessed her account. When the victim showed him that she had a low balance on her account, he threatened her again and then walked away, eastbound on Court Street. Bank surveillance cameras were able to capture the incident.
The suspect is described as an older black male with a goatee, glasses and a gold tooth.
He was tall with a thin build and was wearing a tan trench coat and a white hat. |

On Sunday, February 3, 2008 at approximately 1:43 AM, the Xtra Mart located at 409 Court St, Binghamton was burglarized by four unknown male Suspects. The suspects gained entrance to the store by smashing out the glass from the front door.
Surveillance cameras recorded the incident, and the suspects were observed inside the store stealing a large quantity of cigarettes and cigars. The suspects used a silver or light colored hatch back or minivan with large dark colored decals on lower portion of vehicle during the commission of the crime.
The suspects fled the scene prior to police arrival.

On February 17, 2008a robbery occurred on Binghamton’s north side, and during the robbery the suspect held an object to the victim’s head and threatened to “Blow his head off”.
On February 26, 2008, after an investigation by the Binghamton Police Department, City Court Judge Lehmann issued a Felony Arrest Warrant for one Terrence J. Wright, for first degree robbery, a Class B Felony.
Terrence J. Wright is described as a black male, 5’11, weighing 254lbs; he may have a goatee and shaven head.
Wright was born on 12/2/68 and records show his previous address as 10 Lockwood St., Binghamton. |

At about 8:20PM on April 2 nd, 2008 a male entered the Red Apple Mini-Mart, located at 23 Floral Ave., Binghamton and asked the clerk to make change for him.
When the clerk opened the register to do so, the male reached across the counter and grabbed an undisclosed amount of cash from the register.
The suspect fled the store and was seen leaving the area on a silver bicycle near Main Street.
Store surveillance cameras were able to capture the incident.
The suspect is described as thin white male wearing jeans, a black and white plaid jacket over a light colored hooded sweatshirt and wool hat.
The suspect may have worn glasses and had a scruffy beard or goatee. |

Shortly after 11:00PM on Friday, March 28th, 2008, an unknown male walked into Nirchi’s Pizza, located at 166 Water Street, Binghamton, and robbed it at gunpoint.
The suspect apparently entered the Restaurant and displayed a handgun while demanding cash from the clerk.
The suspect then left the store by the rear door and fled the scene on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The suspect is described as a male, about 5’10, with a medium build, wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt and dark wind pants. The suspect was also wearing a light colored mask and carried a dark colored book bag |

On February 14th, 2008, Binghamton City Court Judge Pelella issued an Arrest Warrant for one Chinh V. Dang, for Burglary in the First Degree.
Dang is accused of entering the apartment of his former girlfriend and assaulting her.
Dang is an Asian male, born 12/31/1970. Dang is described as being 6’ tall and weighing 150lbs. with thinning black hair.

On May 19 th, 2008, a credit card was stolen from an unlocked vehicle that was parked at a gas station in Binghamton’s First Ward.
At about 4:40PM that same day, the credit card was used to make a purchase at the Price Chopper in the Foundry Plaza.
The card was also used at several other local stores within days of its theft.
Store surveillance cameras at the Price Chopper were able to capture the incident.
The suspect’s are described as a black male and two black females.
The male appears to be in his mid-twenties, with a medium build.
The first black female appears to be in her early to mid twenties with shoulder length hair.
The second female appears to be a lighter skinned black female in her late teens to early twenties with a smaller build.
