Between the hours of 8-10 PM on 12/30/2009, four black females entered at least three different CVS stores in the Binghamton area and committed several thefts of items from the stores.

The suspects, some of whom were carrying large bags, apparently entered each store separately, and once inside they put several items of merchandise into the bags and left the store.

Some of the women then reentered the stores and took more items in the same manner. Surveillance cameras in the area captured the images of the suspects at the scene; they all appear to be black females in their 20’s or 30’s and were all wearing dark clothing.

According to eyewitness accounts, the suspects left together in a tan Chrysler Town and Country minivan with NYS registration number EST-1072. The vehicle is registered to a leasing company out of Brooklyn, NY.

 

 
 
 

At approximately 5:00 AM on Sunday January 23, 2010, a light skinned black male broke into the East Side Wine & Liquor store in the Weis Plaza, located at 160 Robinson Street, Binghamton.

The suspect broke a glass door panel to gain access to the store interior.

The suspect damaged several cash registers and stole items from inside the store.

The suspect, as seen in the attached photos, is a light skinned black male with braids in his hair.

At about 10:30 am on 2-12-2010, a female had her purse stolen from the family dollar store, 457 Court St., Binghamton.

Apparently the victim had left her purse unattended while she tended to her merchandise, and surveillance cameras at the scene captured the image of a male entering the store, picking up the purse, then placing woman’s purse in a bag and leaving the store.

The suspect appears to be a white male, wearing a carhart style jacket, jeans and work boots, a black wool cap and sunglasses.

 

 

The Binghamton Police Department’s Warrant Division is currently looking for one Timothy D. Angell, as he has a Felony Arrest Warrant issued by Binghamton City Court for Criminal Contempt in the First degree.

Angell also has an outstanding bench warrant for his arrest for a violation of his conditional discharge from a previous charge.

Angell is a white male, born 10-1-59; and he is described as being 5’8, 240lbs, with brown eyes and grey hair, and wears glasses.

Binghamton Police Department records show Angell’s last known address to be 30 Mather St. in the City of Binghamton.

 

 
 
       
 
 

 The Binghamton Police Department’s Warrant Division is currently looking for one Michael J. Stonefield, as he has a Bench Warrant issued by Binghamton City Court for Assault in the Third degree.

The charge stems from a domestic incident that occurred in the City of Binghamton. Stonefield is a white male, born 12-31-84; and he is described as being 6’5, 200lbs, with brown hair and blue eyes.

On Thursday April 1, 1020, at approximately 7:30 pm, a victim became ill and fainted, at Aldi’s Market, Main Street, in Westover.

Two suspects, a white female and white male, both in their 20s, can be seen on store surveillance cameras, stealing the woman’s purse as she becomes unconscious.

A Visa Debit card from the stolen purse was then used by the same suspects a few hours later, at the Hess Gas Station, 63 Main St, City of Binghamton, and then at Walmart in Vestal. The male suspect has numerous tattoos on his left forearm and right upper arm, and appears to be wearing a work badge or ID around his neck.

 
  

The Binghamton Police Department's Warrant Division is currently looking for Genie H. Wilson, as she has an active bench warrant out of City Court for Violation of a Drug Court Contract on a Felony charge of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd.

Wilson is a white female, born 02-16-74 and is described as being 5'4", 150 lbs., with brown hair and blue eyes.

Wilson did leave a treatment center in Newark, NY, and Binghamton Police Department records show her last known address as 99 Murray St., Apt. 111, in the City of Binghamton.

 

 

 
 

 

On February 26 th, 2010 at about 6:20pm a hit and run accident occurred at the intersection of Frederick St and the Brandywine Hwy. in the City of Binghamton.

Apparently two vehicles got into a road rage situation, and when the driver of one of the vehicles went to confront the other driver, the vehicle sped away and knocked the male to the ground, causing injuries to his legs, chest, and head.

 

The suspect, a white male, left the scene in what was described as a black Volkswagen Jetta.

 

 

 
   
       
 
 

On Wednesday April 28, 2010, at approximately 5:30 pm, a female made a purchase with a $100 bill at the Family Dollar store, located at 60 Court St, Binghamton. The $100 bill used in the purchase was later determined to be counterfeit.

The suspect, a white female, appeared to be in her early 30’s, with brown shoulder length hair, about 5’10, 160lbs, and was wearing medical “scrubs’ over a purple turtle neck shirt and black pants. She was also wearing a jacket with a fur lined hood.

The suspect is also believed to be a regular customer at the store.

The transaction was captured on store surveillance cameras.

The suspect may also have tried to pass counterfeit bills at many other Binghamton area businesses that same day.

 

 

 

 
 
 

The Binghamton Police Department's Warrant Division is currently looking for Candice B. Allison , as she has two felony warrants out of Binghamton City Court.

Allison is wanted for Burglary in the Second Degree, as well as Criminal Mischief in the Second Degree.

Allison is a black female, born 12/24/88 and is described as being 5'4", 150 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes.

Allison has ties to the Rochester NY area, but is believed to be here in Binghamton, possibly on the west side in the company of her young daughter.  Allison’s last known address was 97 Murray Street

 
 
 

  The Johnson City Police Department is currently investigating a burglary that occurred on N. Broad Street in the village. An elderly male was approached yesterday by a white male claiming to work with the gas company and telling the elderly male that he would return tomorrow because his gas meter needed to be checked. The male that claimed to work for the gas company returned today (7/15/10) and was allowed into the elderly male’s residence. The elderly male was distracted while the male suspect rummaged through his home and items were stolen.

The male suspect is described as being a white male, clean shaven, 20-30 years of age. The suspect was last seen wearing white T-shirt, blue work pants and a blue baseball cap worn backwards. No vehicle description, suspect may have been on foot.

 

 
 
 

The Johnson City Police Department is currently investigating a suspicious person that passed a counterfeit $20 at the Floral Ave. Market, 296 Floral Ave. Johnson City.

On Thursday July 8th, 2010 at approximately 7:21 PM, the suspect, a white male in his early to mid 20s, with dark closely shaven short hair, wearing a white T-shirt came in the store and made a purchase, then attempted to pay with a counterfeit $20 dollar bill. The suspect then fled the scene on foot.

Surveillance cameras at the scene captured the suspect’s image.

According to the United States Secret Service the Greater Binghamton Area has seen a recent rise in counterfeit bills being passed.

Along with specific suspect information, Investigators would be interested in information from anyone who may have witnessed any of the incidents, and / or observed any suspicious individuals.

 

 

 
 

 

The Binghamton Police Department is currently investigating two suspicious persons that passed counterfeit bills at the Manley’s Mighty Mart, 77 Main St., Binghamton.

On Sunday, July 25th, 2010 at approximately 10:30 PM, two suspects entered the store and each made a small purchase, and then paid for their items with counterfeit $10 dollar bills.

Surveillance cameras at the scene captured the suspect’s images.

The first suspect appears to be a white male, about forty years of age, about 5’10 with very short hair and glasses.
